Daily Boat rentals are from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. All rentals that return AFTER 5 p.m. are subject to a late fee of $50.00 for every 15 minutes past 5 p.m.
Any damages and/or losses to Ashville Bay Marina, LLC will be the renters responsibility to pay when the boat is returned. There is a $30.00 pet fee. Except for certified service dogs. If you do not let the company know about the presence of a pet, there will be an additional cleaning fee charge upon return. Any boat returned dirty will have a minimum cleaning fee of $75. Rentals cancelled outside of two wks from rental date will be issued a refund. Rentals cancelled within two wks of the rental date will be issued a credit.All renters agree they shall indemnify and hold Ashville Bay Marina, LLC, its officers and employees against all loss, cost or damage on account of any injury to person or property occurring or arising out of this rental agreement. This contract will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the water vehicle is at all times subject to the laws of the State of New York as well.
Navigation is limited to Chautauqua Lake Only and Renters will obey all Rules and Laws while Operating the Boat, Kayak, SUP Board and/or Tube.
PASSENGERS: Since this is a recreational vehicle which must be used with care, the passenger(s) agrees to assist the driver with safe use of the vehicle and agrees not to jeopardize the safe operation of the boat.
PLEASE NOTE
1) We have the right to refuse to rent a boat, kayak, SUP board and or Tube to any group and/or individual who appears to be using alcohol or drugs.
2) We have the right to take a rental of a boat, kayak, SUP board and or Tube away from any group and/or individual who is not boating safely.
Ashville Bay Marina offers prop insurance for a fee. If customer declines prop insurance and the prop comes back damaged there will be a $400.00 charge to the customer whom rented the boat.
